For UK residents, and Co-operative organisations, subscription is by membership of the UK Society for Co-operative Studies (at minimum and sponsorship rates). Subscription rates for 2009/10 are:

Basic rate £30 (includes 1 copy of each journal edition)
Sponsor rate £60 (includes 1 copy of each journal edition)
Extra copies of the journal delivered to the same address are £10 per year. So 5 copies of each journal cost £70 at the basic rate and £100 at the sponsor rate.
